SPOUSE: Viviane Jacqueline Levi

Reginald Winssinger began his career in real estate as a partner of DTZ Winssinger, a respected real estate firm in Brussels, Belgium. Mr. Winssinger received his Bachelor’s Degree from UC Berkeley and Masters in Appraisal and Survey in Belgium. He then came to the United States in 1979 to represent European investors in their acquisitions of U.S. real estate.

Mr. Winssinger retired as of January 1, 2018 and acts as an adviser to the companies he founded, which manages a diversified real estate portfolio exceeding $500 million in value in commercial properties.

He also served as the Honorary Consul of Belgium in Arizona since 1991 and became of the Dean of Consular Corps of Arizona.

During his professional career, he served over 20 years on the Board of Directors of W. P. Carey, LLC, an NYSE publicly traded R.E.I.T., holding assets all over the world with the value in excess of 12 billion USD.

He is the member of ASU President Club, The Economic Club of Phoenix and The Phoenix Committee of Foreign Relations.

He has passed the Consul of Belgium role to his son Frederic.

He resides in Paradise Valley, AZ, and travels extensively around the world.
