About Consul Emeritus Van der Zee
Mr. Van der Zee is the President of Vanderzee & Associates, Inc., based in Scottsdale, Arizona. For many years, Consul Van der Zee has been involved in Human Resources consulting specializing in retained executive search. His clientele includes some of the largest corporations in the world as well as several medium sized high technology companies, such as: AT&T, Philips Electronics, Raytheon and for hotels like Las Vegas Bellagio, MGM Grand, and Hyatt Regency. His passion to find and coach talented executives is only matched by his focus on quality. His clients cover a wide area of industries including high tech manufacturing, consumer products and financial services.
In the earlier part of his career, Mr. Van der Zee has worked for global financial institutions (Citibank and ING) in Europe, Latin America and the United States. Mr. Vanderzee received his Master’s degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He has been serving as Honorary Consul of the Netherlands in Arizona since 1992. Siebe is a member of the Consular Corps of Arizona, the Director’s Council at the School of Global Studies at Arizona State University (ASU) and the International Leadership Council at the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC). He is fluent in English and Dutch and proficient in Spanish, German and French.
