Born and raised in Italy, Massimo Paolillo is a graduate of the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and is trilingual.
He is a successful entrepreneur with a multiple awarded winning activity.
He worked as executive with several Italian companies in the U.S.A. and as executive and consultant in international business and international trade; he developed training programs focused on conflict resolution and cultural awareness with several medium and large size U.S. companies.
In Milan, Italy, Massimo worked in the foreign exchange transaction and dealing rooms for American and Belgian banks.
He has taught at the University of Milan in Italy, the American Graduate School of International Management, Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University, World Trade Center Institute, and at several community colleges in Arizona. He has also designed and presented a variety of corporate training programs for companies, hotels/resorts, and government agencies in the United States.
Appointed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Massimo was the honorary consul of Italy in Arizona. In that role, he was developing economic, social, cultural and diplomatic relationships between Italy and the state of Arizona.
He is co-author of Business Italian Italiano per gli Affari.
